Renovation for a residence. Private client needed to see what the exterior and interior would look like prior to initiating budget and construction.
Client loved the concepts and greenlit the project.
It turned out beautifully in the end.
This concept is a collaborative effort with Blokable, which specializes in creating and designing affordable living solutions in the Sacramento area. Capstone Development
Thesis concept for development project located in Alabama. It is a major overhaul of an existing hospital infrastructure repurposed for multi-use, residential, parking garage, and community outdoor recreational spaces. Atlanta-based architect Ben Patterson contacted Willingham Works to help bring this concept to life visually and he was extremely receptive to the results.
The Neva Lomason Flagship Library stands as the second busiest among the 19 libraries in the West Georgia Regional Library System, attracting approximately 87,700 visitors annually. Constructed in 1967, the building underwent renovations in 1976 and 1993, with a comprehensive modern update completed in 2019.
This project marked another collaboration with the Rickman Architecture & Design group. It was a privilege to contribute to a venture that enriches the community.

Fire Station No. 9 | Villa Rica, GA
A new 14,000 square foot Fire Station will serve the community of Villa Rica. This modern facility is set to replace the outdated Station No. 9 and will establish a state-of-the-art training center for the Carroll County Fire Department in Georgia, USA.
The project marks another successful partnership between Rickman Architecture + Design and Willingham Works, revitalizing an established community and bringing positive change to the neighboring areas.
